What is the cost?
The cost of a custom piece is dictated by many different factors including but not limited to, what products are used, and what finishes are selected. All custom pieces require a consultation to ensure that we are able to achieve your vision. A custom pieces requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remainder is due at time of completion plus 8% sales tax. Time frame for completion of work is based on the size of the item, generally 1-3 weeks. Base prices are as follows;
-Low Boy/6-9 Drawer Dresser- $375-675
-Buffet/Sideboard/Credenza-$475-775
-Hutch-$375-775
-Dining Sets/Table and Chairs-$495-995
This price includes painting and/or staining, sealing the entire piece and restoring or refinishing the original hardware.
Upgrades:
-Drawer Lining-$5/drawer
-New Hardware-$10/drawer
-Storage of item one week past completion-$100/week

Can I use my own piece?
YES! You can absolutely use your own piece. Roselawn was started as a solution to my desire to update and freshen up my own furniture.
We will gladly take your families beloved heirlooms or well loved pieces and transform it to suit your current decor taste. The process starts with a consultation. There is a $50 non-refundable consultation fee. If you chose to work with us that fee will be applied to your estimate, the estimate will require approval and once we've received the green-light from you we will make arrangement for pick-up or delivery.
Pricing for custom items range greatly in price and therefore we are unable to ball park without a formal consultation. We do require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. How durable are your items?
-We have spent plenty of time practicing tried and true methods to ensure that the pieces we refinish are able to last another lifetime. As a parent and a dog mom, I fully understand the value in excellent craftsmanship as well understand the need for items to be "life proof"
How do I make it official?
-Once we have completed a consultation, you have agreed to the estimate and we have received your 50% deposit you will be given a date.
What form of payment do you accept?
-We accept Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Check or Money Order. Keep in mind we will not begin a project until your check is cleared.
