How We Do It
Please note that there is not a shopping cart on our site with good reason. Due to the size of the items we sell we are not capable of having a cut and dry Shipping option. Upon selection of an item, please provide me your address/postal code so I can get a quote for you, or you can look into arranging your own shipping. I want to get you the best deal possible and be communicative/transparent about the costs, but please be aware that large heavy items that we sell, because of their size/weight/dimensions cannot be shipped through popular services such as USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc. They will need to shipped through freight services, airplane cargo or uShip and surprise – usually more expensive than the actual items themselves.This why we offer our own shipping as well. Shipping costs are as follows for any item, of any size in our inventory.

All sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to have work completed. No custom work or purchases will be picked up or delivered without payment in full. Storage fees do accrue if pieces are not picked up upon completion. If you have any further questions feel free to reach out via email and we will gladly help you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final but in the event that an item doesn't live up to your expectations we are here to work with you. First off if purchasing an item from our store please keep in mind the dimensions of the piece when making your selections. This will avoid the pitfall of purchasing an item that is too big for your space. If the item is damaged in transit or requires any minor alterations we will gladly make them for you at no cost. When purchasing a custom piece you already know and love that item, so size should never be an issue. If the piece does not match the color swatches you agreed to in your estimate or as previously stated there is any damages acquired in transit we will correct this at no cost to you.
